- Do you have all the right tech stack, hardware and other tools that you need? Have you asked your team for input into what they might feel they need that you haven’t thought of?
- As you’ve rolled out GFS you have a great process and it’s documented – do you fully understand all the stages of your process and the workings of your CRM? Could you explain this to a new rep if you had to?
- Do you have enough insight into your business to set appropriate metrics?
- Do you have enough CRM knowledge to get the data you need to support the metrics you’ve created?
- Can you better facilitate team communication with things like a weekly meeting cadence, daily standups/huddles, on the floor coaching opportunities?
